0.
Construction of a new administrative building with an associated workshop

Until 2020, the company operated in an area that did not meet the growth needs in the coming period, and decided to build a new production facility in Lekenik, which will meet the Company’s long-term goal. The reason for choosing the just-mentioned location, in addition to its good geographical position and traffic connection, is the fact that the existing production facility was located in the town of Dužica, only three kilometers away from the new location. The production building was already located in the Sisak-Moslavina County, which is the third largest county, and whose development is based on the processing industry, which is characterized by a strong export orientation. In addition, the majority of the existing workforce comes from Sisak and its surroundings, where the metalworking industry is a tradition, so the Company had labor availability in mind when choosing the location of the project.
