FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY OF STEEL BEARING STRUCTURES

Trading company FILIPMETAL & PARTNER d.o.o. established, maintains and constantly improves an integrated management system quality and other recognized norms, and strives to purposefully use all available resources in business processes with these goals:

– Delivering products and providing services that satisfy the needs and expectations of customers and interested parties, within the framework applicable requirements of a law, regulations and contractual obligations.
– Continuous monitoring and improvement of the quality management system at all levels of the company.
– Selects the best quality parts suppliers, raw materials and services, systematically monitoring them with the goal of achieving  high quality of our services and products.
– Communication with our customers, customer satisfaction, customer objections and complaints are valuable information for process improvement and management system. The customer is always right and  our relationship with the customer is built on mutual trust, correctness in notification and effective problem solving.
– Continuous motivation and training of all employees who have to deal with current and future market demands. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work within the scope of their authority. We encourage the control of the process phase that precedes one’s work, developing self-control and control before handing over the product/service to the next phase and ultimately to the customer.
– To make quality become our way of nurturing customer trust and satisfaction.
– Increase income by mastering costs, process measuring  and analyzing data, take the necessary measures in order to achieve this risk reduction for the organization and continuous improvement.
The quality policy is a public document and is transmitted to all employees and other interested parties.
